Founder, Caroline Bailey and her team started this initiative because they truly love Ely; it is a beautiful and unique city with a wonderful community and fantastic local shops and businesses. We believe the key to their future success is to improve engagement and communication between them, and to adapt to meet changing consumer needs in our increasing digital world!
The YourEly team both live and work in Ely. Each week we spend time with local businesses and community members getting interesting news and stories of what has happened during their week. We are thrilled to be able to share their stories with you.

Caroline Arkless has lived in Ely for many years. She has vast experience in the retail and client care sectors. Caroline manages Business Services and Good Causes.
